Whitehall Farm is located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Bluemont, VA. ¬†Around 1810, the manor house was built.¬†It survived the Civil War “Battle of Snickersville” which is said to have taken place across the fields in front of the manor. Unfortunately, some time later, the house suffered a fire, but the structure remained. The house was reconstructed, and an extra later of brick was added and the interior was reconstructed.

Around 1890, the house underwent many changes. A ballroom was built and many amenities were added, including running water.

Over the next century, Whitehall operated as a dairy farm.
